The FL Pan-Handlers ASC, INC. is incorporated as a not for profit club. We are an affiliate club of ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club of America) which allow membership and competition for all breeds of dog as well as mix breed.

ASCA allows us to offer agility, rally and obedience to all breeds pure as well as the mix breed. We have an End of Year Agility award that is open to all breeds that compete in our agility trials. Please check out our End of Year Agility link for the Rules and Form for 2011. ASCA also allows us to offer conformation (breed) shows for only Australian Shepherds registered with ASCA. We have hosted two Stock trials. (We hope to offer ASCA tracking in the future this will be open to all breeds.) For more information about ASCA http://www.asca.org/ .

We currently host ASCA All-Breed Agility, Rally and Obedience, plus Australian Shepherd Conformation in Baker, FL. three times a year the last weekend in January, the weekend before Memorial weekend, and the last weekend in October. We had a small start with only 11 members when the club organized in February of 2002. We have grown greatly in number since that time with members owning and competing with various breeds of dog. The majority of our members reside in the Florida Panhandle but we have members in Alabama, Georgia and Central Florida. Currently we host ASCA Conformation Shows, ASCA Obedience Trials, ASCA Agility Trials and ASCA Rally Trials. We hosted our first Stock Dog Trial October 21 & 22, 2006 in Quincy FL. We hope to offer Stock Trials again in the future.

We hold several training clinics for our members throughout the year and many "fun days" activities at various members' homes and the Baker Arena in Baker, Florida. We try to meet the needs and desires of our membership.
